'No City Limits' is a very private and gracious tropical homestead on Hamilton Island.

Our holiday at 'No City Limits' was nothing short of Amazing! None of us wanted to leave and would definitely love to return. I have never felt more at home and the owners are wonderful hosts who thought of everything to make things go smoothly.

I couldn't suggest anything more to make a holiday more complete as the owners have thought of everything!

One of our most expensive properties and with good reason…

 

Nestled in a most romantic and secluded waterfront locality hidden away totally in harmony with nature. Overlooking Fitzalan passage and Whitsunday Island this exquisite mansion's only neighbours are the Kookaburras and until recent times Beatle George Harrison, now sadly departed.

 

From the front deck the vista is just breathtaking with the ocean lapping the canyon inlet around 100 feet below. No man made structure or clutter invade the tranquility.

 

Designed by Chris Beckingham,of Qualia Resort fame, this property has been awarded every conceivable award from the Australian Builders Design Association such as House of the year 2003, Best project, Best outdoor feature, Best use of timber just to name a few - 9 awards in all.

  

Step through the grand entrance and be greeted by the panoramic and breathtaking water views.

Once you tear your eyes away from the view, you will notice the beautifully presented interior…

Large open plan dining and lounge. Surround sound audio system and flatscreen tv with Austar. Separate sound system for front and rear patio decks.

Gourmet kitchen with all the modern conveniences...

Guest Room 4 with bunks and a single bed (3 single beds in total). Shared bathroom.
There is a seperate living area adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4 with another TV.   Seperate office for those that unfortunately have to bring a little work away with them... BYO latptop!

Checkin Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applies in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm.
Checkout The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.
