Exclusive absolute waterfront resort style home, right on Catseye Beach.  Designed by Chris Beckingham – architect of Qualia.  Kahala is a tropical oasis with no par on Hamilton Island.

Kahala on Hamilton Island features 6 large bedrooms all with ensuites, TV, airconditioning and ceiling fans.  The master bath has an outdoor shower and large soaking tub.  There is a games room that doubles as an additional 7th bedroom with queen size sofa bed and private ensuite.  Kahala has its own spectacular 15 metre infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean.  There is a private pathway providing direct access into the ocean for a swim.

There is a very large indoor/outdoor living room complete with 60 inch LCD TV and baby grand piano.  The gourmet kitchen and dining area is also indoor and outdoor for a true tropical experience.

There are magnificent uninterrupted views from all main living areas across Fitzalan Passage to Whitsunday Island and beyond.

Kahala is the perfect tropical retreat for individuals or families looking for a luxurious and private getaway.  Accommodates up to 16 in complete luxury.  Please note that Kahala is not available for parties or functions.
